Double Coffee, which is a famous coffee shop in Paris, is located in Saint-Germain de Pete on the left bank. It once had a reputation as a gathering place for literary and intellectual elites in Paris. In 1924, surrealism spread to the whole world from the Cafe of double Old people. Since 1933, the cafe has awarded double-couple literature awards to French novels every year. Neither are today's locals.
