Costa Rica Biolley Manor Mocha-Coffee Circle's new red coffee beans

Mocha is the jewel of the coffee world. A variant of Bourbon from Ethiopia and Yemen, transplanted to Brazil, Hawaii, Guatemala, and Colombia. The bean is naturally short and round, not peaberry, but the small mocha is interbred with iron pica by the research unit after arriving in Hawaii to become a tall mocha, adapted to the soil and water of Maui, Hawaii, but the bean remains.
