" Yang Qiong, head of Manya Coffee Manor, said that in December 2013, the manor selected the site of Laofengzhai and began construction. After more than three years of construction, more than 40 mu of coffee standard demonstration park was built, supporting coffee processing plants, coffee museums, coffee research buildings, restaurants, accommodation, and so on, which have been completed and will be opened to welcome guests. The manor provides one-stop service for scientific research promotion, production and sales, sightseeing, leisure vacation, conference and gathering.

In addition to the coffee experience, Yang Qiong also cooperated with the surrounding village groups adjacent to Laofengzhai to build a leisure farm for three village groups. "We have rented land from the villagers to grow vegetables, fruits and flowers. More than 70 urban families have come to identify the land for planting. Relying on the construction of Manya Coffee Manor, we have taken the lead in setting up a professional cooperative for Golden Phoenix farmers, creating a farm with a base of more than 3000 mu, and ecological orchards, vegetable gardens, medicine gardens, and QQ Farm have been built one after another.

The construction of Manya Coffee Manor has brought about changes in the villagers' way of life. "more and more villagers choose to stay in their hometown." Fengjiade said that most of the more than 70 families in the village used to work outside. This year, coffee farms and beautiful rural construction have basically taken shape, and many villagers have seized the business opportunities of rural tourism and sprouted their plans to open farmhouses. He will plan to invest 200000 yuan to build characteristic fish farms.

At present, the three village groups have planned to open 6 farmhouses and 6 inns, which are expected to open in mid-May this year, and will be uniformly planned by Manya Coffee Manor to form differentiated operation according to their own characteristics and enrich tourists' experience. "Nongjiale has a variety of flavors, such as Yi dishes, vegetarian meals, pig-killing rice, and so on, and the characteristic medicine root banquet of Pu'er on the Dragon Boat Festival will also be specially launched." Yang Qiong said that the government will provide support in the form of awards and subsidies, and the manor will train farmers, unify service standards and achieve sustainable development.
