Sukehi Shougu, 35, started running the coffee shop in May 2016. As a result, Shougu really thought of "Chinese character cookies". "Chinese character cookies" can be carefully observed in the hand, but also can be eaten. The raw materials are wheat flour, three-temperature sugar, rice bran oil, salt, eggs and olive oil. The dough is drawn long and thin, and then the Chinese characters are spelled out one stroke at a time.

Coffee shops will choose different Chinese characters according to the activities they carry out. Shougu Sukehi introduced: "such as the word 'inter'. Although 'Jian' is abstract, Chinese characters give it shape. It's very interesting to think like this. " People will communicate enthusiastically when they eat cookies together. So far, the coffee shop has selected more than 100 Chinese characters to make "Chinese character cookies", of which the most difficult one is "whole". If there is a customer reservation, you can also customize "Chinese character cookies" according to the customer, 200 yen per word (including tax, about 12 yuan).
