Following last year's Spring Festival, Yuchi Township Sun Moon Lake Black Tea and Coffee have been invited to serve as State Banquet Drinks again! After picking ripe red fruits by hand, it was post-processed. Wu Yuanbing, a famous coffee teacher, led the Yuchi Township coffee production and marketing team to serve the guests of the state banquet. The production and marketing team members not only had talents in baking raw beans, but also had several young farmers certified by coffee quality inspectors. It is the only production and marketing team in Taiwan with multiple Q Grader coffee quality supervisors. Six SCAA & CQI Q Grader coffee quality assessors from Yuchi Township are Huang Jiahong, Shen Yongchao, Shen Yongwei, Liao Huanghua, Zhan Changlong and Huang Yucheng respectively. They will extract coffee and black tea with hand brewing skills together with coffee monitor Wu Yongqin and Sun Moon Lake black tea tea masters Xie Yiqian and Ling Yuhui at the state banquet site, and share and promote them with guests.

Sun Moon Lake Black Tea is hand-picked from the whole process. Guests can choose from Camellia Tea, Taiwan Tea No. 8, Taiwan Tea No. 18 and Taiwan Tea No. 21.
