Bao Guoyi said that Taishin Bank introduced the ISO 50001 energy management system in 2015, took practical actions to strengthen energy control and obtained double certification. In order to encourage employees to develop the good habit of energy conservation and carbon reduction, Taixin Bank also held a provincial branch power-saving competition in 2016, with remarkable results. The top five branches all saved more than 10% of electricity, indicating that employees have fully understood and implemented the importance of energy conservation.

Bao Guoyi said that since the beginning of this year, Taixin Bank has made more investment in environmental protection. In addition to responding to the domestic renewable energy certificate system promoted by the Bureau of Standards and Inspection of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and becoming the first wave to participate in renewable energy certificate demonstration enterprises, it has also built a solar power generation system on the top floor of its own Neihu Building. At the same time, it has completed ISO 14064-1 greenhouse gas inventory and obtained a certificate. It has also cooperated with the Energy Bureau of the Ministry of Economic Affairs to build an "intelligent energy performance information management system" to strengthen energy control.
