On July 28th, the Chinese final of the 2017 Italian Coffee Championship was staged in Guangzhou. EIC is sponsored by INEI International Italian Coffee Institute, and the Chinese competition is hosted by the China Branch of IIAC International Coffee Taste Association. EIC is a pure competition focusing on baristas' technology, baristas need no explanation, as long as they focus on coffee production, it is the only traditional Italian barista competition, which aims to convey the soul of Italian coffee and show baristas' professional skills. Baristas only need to adjust the bean grinder in 11 minutes and make 4 cups of Espresso and Cappuccino respectively.
