Tropical Deli Cafe, located at the Shangjin Science and Technology Building Station on Heping East Road, is a rare coffee space in Taipei that combines images and large-scale installation art. It is located next to the Beijing Normal University Art Museum. It brings art into the interior space and decoration design to create a unique coffee shop!

Ruins New Aesthetics Spreads in Taipei Daan District

Under the concept of "indoor exhibition," director Cai Mingliang was invited to extend his creation, and art designer Li Tianjue planned and executed it. With the assistance of many artists, woody plants left over from nature evolution were scattered in every corner of the cafe, branches, vines, tree heads, wood boards and cement to deduce the aesthetics of ruins. Scattered overlapping materials make the whole space a field for dialogue between nature and modernization.

Breaking through the existing cafe format, Tropical Cafe becomes the entrance to contact avant-garde art, leading us to dance with modern art in coffee fragrance.

Sandwiches and go.

Another feature is the availability of a variety of open sandwiches (Smørrebrød) for consumers to take away. The open sandwich (Smørrebrød) originated in Denmark and evolved in the 19th century as a meal form for Danish workers to carry lunch when they went out to work. A solid slice of rye/rye bread paired with fresh ingredients such as fresh lettuce, cheese, salmon, fruit or meat, coated with cream or whipped cream products to keep the ingredients fresh and colorful, like an edible work of art.

If you want to enjoy the fun time, you can choose to take the grass to the city art museum to enjoy the picnic fun, and the store will kindly provide the purchase of picnic mats for the public. In addition, Tropicana also invited visual designers to create exclusive pink takeaway lunch boxes, which make girls 'hearts overflow. It is definitely a necessary eye-catching equipment for spring picnics!
