There are often crowds of people, cyclists and picnics on holidays, and there are usually fewer people because they are less away from the MRT Yuanshan Station. At present, it is proposed to adopt a trial method in Shengsheng Park and set up a mobile coffee dining car next to the Rose Garden to serve the public flexibly in the way of open-air cafes on holidays or winter and summer holidays.

Lin Xianda said that the department has taken the initiative to consult three operators, and at present, one is willing to finalize the case as soon as October, and if all goes well, open-air cafe catering services can be provided next to the rose garden in Shengsheng Park in November.
