As more and more cyclists responded, volunteers had to ask coffee shops to support coffee beans for free, which unexpectedly caused the smell of coffee on more and more street corners in Taipei. The fragrance of beans on the scene was no less than that of a professional coffee shop. Each cup of hand-made coffee conveyed the concept of environmental protection. In the streets of Xilai in the early morning, high school students, office workers and old men who were busy with fitness stopped their bikes to pick up a cup of coffee, and even when foreigners came riding YouBike. Zhan Kaisheng, director of the Taiwan City Bicycle Alliance, who works as a computer engineer at Yahoo in Taiwan, said that in the early days, looking for a shop to sponsor coffee was also shot.
