Last Updated: 2024/11/03, In today's era, as long as a dry person said that he could defecate smoothly every day, he would always be envied by everyone. Speaking of defecation, is there anyone around who drinks coffee and wants to squat? For those who drink coffee and have diarrhea, the first thing many people can think of may be lactose intolerance. As long as these people drink milk, they have a great chance of finding it in the next day.

In this day and age, rice dryers will always be looked at with envy as long as they say they can defecate smoothly every day. When it comes to defecation, are there any people around us who have the desire to squat after drinking coffee?

For those who drink coffee and have diarrhea, the first thing many people can think of is lactose intolerance. As long as they drink milk, there is a good chance that they will not be able to find anyone the following day. In fact, there are some people, even black coffee, can also have this effect.

According to an article published on the Pop Science website on March 25, 2020, 30 per cent of people experienced gastrointestinal reactions such as diarrhea after consuming coffee. Scientists have also confirmed that coffee does have a laxative effect on some "chosen ones", but the exact reason is not known.

Interestingly, back in 1990, there was a study on the effects of coffee on distal colon function. In this study, 29% of the participants were stimulated by intestinal movement after eating coffee.

The study recruited 99 subjects, of whom 29% claimed that coffee caused their desire to defecate. In an experiment on 14 healthy subjects, it was found that the rectal sigmoid motility response of 8 subjects increased within 4 minutes of regular coffee and decaf coffee, and lasted for at least 30 minutes. But after drinking hot water, this kind of exercise did not increase. This shows that drinking coffee can stimulate the distal colon motor response of some normal people.

The traditional view is that it is the caffeine in coffee that causes this part of the chosen son to have a desire to defecate after drinking coffee, but this has also been proved to be not the case. Both ordinary coffee and decaffeinated coffee have the same laxative effect.

Jill Deutsch, director of a Yale University research program on gastrointestinal diseases, has said that coffee as a whole, rather than caffeine alone, promotes intestinal peristalsis.

Some caffeinated drinks, such as tea, cola and energy drinks, have no evidence that they have the same laxative effect as coffee.

There are two possibilities. One is that the acid in coffee has an effect on the stomach, which secretes gastric acid to increase the level of gastric acid, and as the acidity increases, the stomach accelerates the digestion into the intestines.

Another possibility is related to gastrin. Gastrin, also known as gastrin, is an important gastrointestinal hormone that can increase gastrointestinal activity. Both regular coffee and decaffeinated coffee can increase gastrin levels.

Speaking of which, there may be some hard-working rice workers who want to take advantage of this to make their intestines healthier. No one is to blame for this. After all, more and more dry rice workers begin to experience the pain of constipation, and their hearts are blocked. Only when the intestines and stomach are unobstructed, can we follow the mood.

Again, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recommends that a healthy adult should limit his caffeine intake to 400mg a day, depending on his or her body.

I wonder if you in front of the screen are the enviable chosen one. Presumably, as long as you wake up in the morning with a cup of coffee, you will be able to clear your intestines and feel good all day long.

Okay, that's the end of the topic. It's time to eat, my friend.
