After these two incidents, other chain stores of the same brand in the same area also received complaints one after another. Within a month, eight stores received 11 complaints from different customers with different calls but for the same reasons, with a total compensation of more than 11000 yuan. As a chain milk tea brand with more than 600 stores, the hygiene requirements are very stringent. Within a short period of time, there were complaints about hair in multiple milk teas, and the heads of various stores said one after another that this was very abnormal. After comparing the information provided by various stores, we can see that many complaints are female customers, and the receiving addresses are all in the same district (but different consignees and locations), so we decided to report to the police.
