The trademark of "Tea Yan Bingcheng" was first applied for in June 2020 and designated for use in goods or services such as category 32 (beer beverage) and category 30 (convenience food). The trademark was registered and announced on December 21, 2021, and the exclusive right of trademark will expire on February 13, 2031.
Although the objection to Tea Beauty and Honey Snow Ice City failed, it is hard to say whether Chayan Ice City will be used to open a shop in the later period. Whether consumers will buy this brand with a very similar name is another matter. Perhaps, as consumers, brand awareness is only secondary, people pay more attention to the quality of products, if even the name needs to be referred to, in the new tea industry, which has a high demand for innovation, there may be little chance of winning.
