On July 3, according to enterprise inspection information, the Minhang United Airlines three stores under Luckin Coffee (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. suddenly had an administrative penalty because it was fined 5000 yuan for its production and operation of unlabeled prepackaged food!

The cause of the incident was to receive a report from the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Administration that there was a behavior of operating unlabeled prepackaged food in the third store of Ruixing Minhang United Airlines, according to consumers: at that time, he placed an order at the Ruixing store to buy a packet of prepackaged food called "mini sweet potato", but the Ruixing clerk did not agree with it. Remove the outer packaging of the food containing label information and sell it to the customer without authorization.

After being verified by the Municipal Regulatory Bureau, Ruixing's behavior of selling without commodity labels is true. The selling price of its product "Mini Ma Potato" is 6.9 yuan per package, while the purchase price is 4.23 yuan per package, so the total illegal income is 2.67 yuan.

According to the provisions of the Food Safety Law of the people's Republic of China, any of the above cases of "production and operation of unlabeled prepackaged food, food additives or food additives that do not comply with the provisions of this Law" shall be confiscated by the food safety supervision and administration department of the people's government at or above the county level and the food and food additives illegally produced and marketed. Tools, equipment, raw materials and other articles used for illegal production and operation may also be confiscated.

If the value of illegal production and marketing of food or food additives is less than 10,000 yuan, a fine of not less than 5,000 yuan and not more than 50,000 yuan shall be imposed concurrently; if the value of the goods is more than 10,000 yuan, a fine of not less than five times and not more than ten times the value of the goods shall be imposed concurrently; if the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to suspend production and business until the license is revoked.

Right! The information on the label of pre-sold packaged food is very important to consumers. Without the label, consumers will not be able to judge whether the quality of coffee and the production environment are up to standard. Pre-sold packaged food must not only contain labels, but also all specific items must be marked on the label, which is a mandatory norm intended to protect consumers' right to know and choose.

The punishment made by the Municipal Supervision Bureau can also be regarded as a "small punishment and a big warning". It can only be said that such a thing has been punished in the store. I hope it can be taken as a warning!
