In the face of doubt, the coffee shop has changed its production method, pouring out the oral liquid in the small blue bottle and then placing the empty bottle upside down on the liquid surface for decoration. However, some people still point out that such behavior is a waste of supplements, and on the other hand, it is difficult to ensure that there is no residual oral liquid in the small blue bottle, insisting that coffee shops should stop selling two products to consumers.

At the same time, a consumer who bought the drink found that the coffee shop had violated the rules and reported the situation to 12315 of the country. According to customer feedback, he received a call from a staff member of the Municipal Regulatory Bureau on June 24, who said on the phone that the merchant thought that the minimum amount of 1000 yuan for the production and sale of toxic and harmful food was too high, hoping to coordinate and reduce it, but was rejected by the customer.

Subsequently, the mediator said that if the business is fined for illegal operations, it will not be able to compensate consumers. But in the netizens' view, there is no conflict between the fines imposed by the relevant units on the businesses' illegal operations and the businesses' economic compensation to consumers, and the two sides are unable to reach agreement on the mediation results.

On July 24, the customer again received a call from the staff of the local municipal supervision bureau, who said that the investigation and law enforcement of the case had encountered unknown resistance and hoped that consumers would no longer pursue the outcome of the case.

On August 12, the customer received a phone call for the third time and went to the Municipal Administration of Supervision the next day to sign documents such as filing decision service and regulating notice service as required by the staff, confirming receipt of compensation and providing incentives for food safety hidden dangers, and written documents that businesses would no longer be held liable. He said that the process did not see the relevant person in charge of the sixth Harbin Pharmaceutical Factory. Afterwards, the customer donated a total of 2000 yuan in compensation and reward to the Hebei Red Cross Society.

With regard to this incident, some netizens thought that the customer's investigation into the coffee shop was a bit moralistic. They said that this is just a creative drink that the coffee shop combines the signature oral liquid of Harbin Pharmaceutical No. 6 Factory with coffee, while other consumers who buy and drink the drink do not show symptoms such as discomfort, and should not stop selling this product with brand characteristics.
