The poster said that on the same day, he did receive a call from Ruixing's after-sales customer service, and the solution proposed was that the order fee would be returned the same way, including the coupons used, another five coupons would be made up, and he promised to strengthen the supervision of the store. but he refused.

In response to his two demands at that time, the customer service told him over the phone that there was no problem with the store investigation, while the other party said it was impossible to provide the evidence (video surveillance) that the poster wanted.
