Recently, a consumer released a video saying that he drank a foreign body suspected of being Xiaoqiang in a cup of Luckin Coffee, attracting many netizens to watch.

The consumer posted on the social platform on Dec. 21 that he had ordered two drinks, a light jasmine and a raw coconut latte, on Ruixing Mini Program the previous afternoon. In response to his two demands at that time, the customer service told him over the phone that there was no problem with the store investigation, while the other party said it was impossible to provide the evidence (video surveillance) that the poster wanted.
