To reassure employees, users nicknamed "Zhang Sai" answered others' questions about the company's arrears of wages and social security, saying they would pay 30% of their second October salary in the near future. At the same time, it describes the current operational difficulties faced by the company, saying that it is already raising money to solve the social security and wage problems of its employees, hoping to be understood by the workers.

According to people familiar with the matter, the "Sally" mentioned in the chat is Wu Xiaomei, the founder of Seesaw, and Zhang Sai, who spoke for him, is one of the directors of Seesaw. Another netizen said that the "Lao Mao" in the chat record was a seesaw employee he knew, saying that "the authenticity of the chat record is very high."
