Today, a post on the social platform has attracted the attention and discussion of many netizens. The poster posted a transcript of a group chat, saying: "seesaw employees are so miserable that they are owed wages and social security, and in turn, the money they handed out before being educated is enough for you to eat."
It can be seen from the chat notes that some employees claimed their salaries from the management in the chat group because they were owed two wages. To reassure employees, users nicknamed "Zhang Sai" answered others' questions about the company's arrears of wages and social security, saying they would pay 30% of their second October salary in the near future. At the same time, it describes the current operational difficulties faced by the company, saying that it is already raising money to solve the social security and wage problems of its employees, hoping to be understood by the workers.
According to people familiar with the matter, the "Sally" mentioned in the chat is Wu Xiaomei, the founder of Seesaw, and Zhang Sai, who spoke for him, is one of the directors of Seesaw. Another netizen said that the "Lao Mao" in the chat record was a seesaw employee he knew, saying that "the authenticity of the chat record is very high."
After the post was released, although some netizens had doubts about the authenticity of his chat records, many onlookers said that in November last year, Southern Metropolis Daily released a report related to the current situation of seesaw. Among them, some employees inside seesaw said that there was a delay in the payment of wages in the company, and employees' social security provident fund contributions were stopped in June. It is worth mentioning that in the news reports at that time, seesaw did not have a specific response to this matter.

Now, according to SkyEye, seesaw is currently becoming a defendant in 19 judicial cases, most of which are disputes over sales contracts. In addition, some netizens posted on the social platform that the Halo store, the last store of seesaw in Chongqing, had been quietly closed and completely withdrawn from the Chongqing market.
Combined with the above, some people speculate that the current seesaw should be in dire straits, and it is very likely that there will be problems with the company's cash flow, which will lead to deep economic disputes, so in their view, it is not difficult to understand that underfunded enterprises are unable to pay their employees on time, thinking that the chat records revealed by netizens may be the real situation within seesaw.
However, some netizens do not fully agree with this view. Although seesaw attracted attention last November because its founders were restricted to high consumption and raised concerns about the future of the company, the height limit on founders was lifted at the end of November.
Shortly after that, seesaw's first store in Changsha officially opened in December, and now the store is running well, and local netizens can be seen sharing their seesaw coffee on social media from time to time. So in the eyes of some users, seesaw may not be as bad as onlookers guess.
However, seeing that one of the once brilliant boutique coffee representatives was reduced to the appearance of lawsuits, many netizens sighed at the development of seesaw, and lamented that the once white moonlight had fallen into the dust, without the beautiful appearance of the first encounter.
