According to the owner of the cat cafe shop, a customer recently made a reservation in the store's private room. After arriving at the store, the clerk told the customer about the precautions for stroking cats, and in order to protect the customer's privacy, he left the customer alone to stroking cats in the private room. However, the store manager who was away from home checked the surveillance in the room and found that the customer in the private room had abnormal behavior. He immediately asked the clerk to go to the room to stop his behavior, refunded the fee in full and asked the customer to leave.

The store owner introduced that although the store provides customers with space to rub cats alone, under normal circumstances, the store staff will patrol the private room surveillance every 10 minutes to observe the customer's relationship with the cat. However, since the incident was a Sunday and there were many customers in the store, the clerk did not check the surveillance in time. It took half an hour to discover the abnormality in the private room.

After the customer was persuaded to leave, the store carefully checked the surveillance video and found that the customer had privately opened the cat cage and taken out the kittens in the private room without the permission of the staff. He was subjected to abnormal behaviors such as violent beating, beating and throwing. After checking the cat's condition, the clerk found that several abused cats had bleeding from the tip of their noses and tongues. Among them, 4 kittens died after being abused, and 2 were being rescued with serious injuries.

So the person in charge of the store immediately called the police, and the police in the district took the customer back to the store to understand the situation. What is shocking is that when the customer was asked by the police about cat abuse, he responded that "I am not in a good mood today, and then there may be a series of behaviors that led to me abusing cats." The shop owner revealed that the police made a simple statement on the person involved that day and asked them to leave.

The young kittens who were born were violently abused. The person in charge of the cat cafe was heartbroken. The owner said that in the future, independent private rooms will be demolished, no dead corner surveillance will be set up, and shop assistants will be arranged to accompany customers who come to the store to rub cats throughout the entire process to avoid similar incidents happening again.

He also committed similar cat abuse behavior when he went to his store to rub cats the day before the incident. When the staff found out that his behavior was abnormal, they quickly stepped forward to stop him and asked him to leave.

Regarding this incident, the shop owner said that because the person involved caused financial losses to the cat cafe, the police suggested suing the person involved for "damaging other people's property."
