As for the new product "Crazy Strawberry Iced Tea" reported by users, its main ingredient is water. After removing the ice cubes, more direct drinking water can be added to the drink to keep the cup "full." Therefore, consumers will inevitably try to remove the ice version of the new product and feel that the taste becomes lighter and thinner.

In addition, some users claimed that they ordered a de-iced drink, but in fact, the "Crazy Strawberry Iced Tea" they received still had a large amount of ice floating on it.
