What is the key to making ice cubes for ice hockey? Compared with locking aroma and keeping cold, ice cubes mainly play a role in quickly cooling down the temperature in the production of ice brewed coffee. Because we want to make a cold and refreshing cup of ice brewed coffee in a short period of time, it is naturally the best choice to use hot water to quickly dissolve the substances in the coffee, and then use ice cubes to reduce the temperature. Because by paying attention to the quantity, we can control the degree to which the coffee is diluted, and even if we don't finish it in a short period of time, we don't have to worry about the coffee being over-diluted. As for how much ice to use, Qianjie's suggestion is to let the coffee completely cool down and have a little left. The exact amount mainly depends on the amount of coffee liquid. Naturally, the less the liquid, the better, because the less the liquid, the higher the concentration of coffee will be if the extraction rate remains unchanged!

High-concentration coffee has the ability to offset the melting and dilution of ice cubes, so if we want to make a good cup of ice cream, it is best to make a high-concentration coffee liquor and use it just enough to cool the coffee and add more ice cubes. Before brewing, you still use twice the amount of water to steam for 30 seconds.

After the steaming is over, we can divide the remaining water into 2 to 3 stages for injection according to our own water control quantity. One section injects 70 ml of hot water in a large circle, and the other section injects 50 ml of hot water in a small circle in the center.
