On October 10, 2014, teachers and students of Xingfeng Township Central Primary School in Qin'an County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province moved happily into their long-awaited brand-new comprehensive teaching building. The newly completed complex was funded by Pacific Coffee through donations from the public welfare organization Sowers Action. The two-storey building, with a total construction area of 96336 square meters, has 9 classrooms, 7 function rooms (including laboratory, reading room, library, instrument room, music equipment room and printing room) and 1 office. In memory of the donation of Pacific Coffee, the teaching building was named "Pacific Coffee Nursery Hope complex" by the school.

Since its entry into mainland China in 2011, Pacific Coffee has spared no effort to support and promote the education of children in poor areas of the country. Since 2012, Pacific Coffee and Sowers have worked together to place donation boxes in Pacific Coffee branches in Hong Kong and the mainland to raise fundraises. during this period, different fund-raising projects have been launched, including Ooobject T-shirt charity bazaar, notebook charity bazaar launched in cooperation with the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and other charitable donation activities. The above fund-raising was used to build a new teaching building for the Xingfeng Township Central Primary School expansion project in Qin'an County, Tianshui City, Gansu Province, which was officially implemented in 2013.

As the local central primary school, Xingfeng Township Central Primary School serves more than 400 school-age children in Xingfeng Village and four nearby villages. At present, there are 329 students in the school, but because the building area of the school building is small, it can not meet the requirements of building a full-time boarding school planned by the local education bureau. What is more, a classroom in the original school building has been classified as a Class D dangerous house, and the building structure threatens the safety of teachers and students in the school. In view of the above factors, Pacific Coffee built a two-story teaching building for the school through the nursery initiative, hoping to provide a better learning environment for local school-age children through the expansion of the Xingfeng Township Central Primary School.
