Coffee experts offer tips to build Pu 'er coffee brand
On October 25, Yunnan Coffee Trading Center Co., Ltd. held the 2014 Coffee Enterprise Symposium in Pu 'er City National Pu' er Tea Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. At the symposium, the person in charge of the company introduced the project background, framework vision and development vision of Yunnan Coffee Trading Center, and invited Mr. Ted Ringer, founder of American Fine Coffee Association and international coffee industry leader, to focus on fine coffee and coffee cup testing.

In view of the problems existing in Yunnan coffee industry, Zhang Li, general manager of Kunming International Flower Auction Trading Center, suggested to build a modern coffee trading circulation system, establish a global origin coffee trading service center, use the "open, fair and fair" trading mechanism to serve coffee farmers and service industries, and use modern market trading concepts to promote the healthy and stable development of coffee industry in the province.
At the symposium, Lu Han, Director of Coffee Office of Pu 'er City, introduced the specific situation of Yunnan Coffee Trading Center Project. Yunnan Coffee Trading Center is a key development project of Yunnan Province government. Relying on the superior natural environment and product resources of Pu 'er, Yunnan Coffee Trading Center will be built into the largest coffee trading center in Asia, with the most complete service system, the most advanced technology level, the most reasonable trading mode, the most scientific supervision mechanism and the most complete operation system. Yunnan Coffee Trading Center has been registered and established, and the company has established a team in Pu 'er, which is mainly responsible for four aspects: building platform, establishing standards, establishing service system and policy service. The company strives for trial operation of simulated trading in January and February next year, Pu 'er Coffee Testing Center will also be established, and our city is making every effort to build a market-oriented coffee cluster industry.
