After the coffee dance, it is the highlight of Beijing Coffee Carnival_World Barista Competition (WBC) Beijing Station in China. 22 top baristas representing different coffee shops and coffee institutions will appear in turn according to the lottery to show you the skills of Italian coffee making. The WBC is one of the core events of World Coffee Events and the most watched and technologically advanced coffee competition in the world. Each contestant will be judged by four sensory judges, two technical judges and a judge to complete a total of 12 drinks in 15 minutes-4 espresso, 4 cappuccino and 4 creative coffee. Coffee practical skills, coffee extraction skills, understanding of coffee, and awareness of service will all be perfectly reflected in these 15 minutes.
In addition to the one-and-a-half-day World Barista Competition (WBC) Beijing Station in China, another large-scale event mainly aimed at baristas and coffee lovers will also appear at this Coffee Carnival_World Philharmonic Pressure Competition (WAC) Beijing Station in China. The 30 contestants include professionals such as baristas, as well as many coffee lovers and amateur players, maximizing the popularity, joy and fun of coffee.
