Some experts warn that a diet with less oil and more vitamins can play a positive role in inhibiting mood swings and loss of appetite, and women with premenstrual syndrome had better eat foods rich in calcium, vitamin D and vitamin B6. At the same time, it is also important to exercise at least three times a week and get enough sleep during PMS. If the symptoms are very serious, you can turn to medication if necessary.
