As for the reasons for drinking coffee, 25.7% of the respondents said it was a habit; 18.3% of the respondents thought that drinking coffee could relax their mood; 16.9% of the respondents relieved their drowsiness by drinking coffee; 12.9% of the respondents said that drinking coffee can concentrate; and 11% of the respondents said that drinking a cup of coffee after a meal will make them feel happy.

According to reports, studies have shown that it is appropriate for each person to consume no more than 400 milligrams of caffeine per day.
