"We have distributed the first batch of nearly 3000 books from the library, such as literature and history, social sciences, tourism and leisure, to a coffee shop in Coffee Street in Qingdao, turning the cafe into an off-site book service point that can provide reading experience." Fang Jian, director of the Culture, Press and publication Bureau and Tourism Bureau of the Southern District of Qingdao, told reporters that in the future, the government hopes to open a mini library with a capacity of more than 2000 books in conditional cafes.

"Qingdao Coffee Street is located in the old city around University Road. Six years ago, there was the first coffee shop here, and now there are more than 40.
