However, when the small item transferred the first fee of 80,000 yuan, it was found that Yang was only a second landlord, and the lease contract between Yang and the landlord would expire in June this year. What makes the small item even more angry is that soon after he took over the coffee shop, Yang opened a new coffee shop not far away, and the old customers were dragged away, and the shops of the small items were deserted.

To this end, the small item took Yang to court on the grounds of fraud, asking for the cancellation of his shop transfer contract with Yang, and Yang returned his paid transfer fee of 80,000 yuan. The court found out that the house in dispute has now been repossessed by the landlord, and the price of Yang's transferred shop is significantly higher than the market price. Considering the lack of social experience in small items, there was also a fault in concluding the contract, and it actually used the house for three months. After patient mediation by the judge, Yang finally agreed to return the transfer fee of 50,000 yuan.
