It is the sour and bitter hot soup that drives you to start a new day, and the black liquid that immerses you in the sea of thoughts on a comfortable night. There is nothing more appropriate these days than a cup of something that makes you happy. From Bangkok to San Francisco, from London to Seoul, BBC collected pictures of coffee shops around the world taken by netizens.

My Coffee/ Costa Rica

My Coffee is one of my favorite cafes. The coffee here looks exquisite, but of course it tastes better. What I like most is that the waiter here will explain to you how the coffee is grown and why it is so delicious.

Rize Coffee/ New York

The cafe opposite Grand Central Station in New York is a very stylish cafe featuring espresso, which can never be seen from the outside. The Gourdo coffee here (2/3espresso+1/3 milk (condensed milk or cream)) is excellent. It would be perfect to have a copy of Guerdo and a copy of the New York Times before catching the train in the morning.

Tomocacoffee/ Ethiopia

Ethiopia produces some of the best coffee in the world, and the history of Italian colonization has given Ethiopia a semi-automatic espresso machine of excellent quality. Tomocacoffee's coffee bean roasting technology is arguably the best in Addis, and it's the best coffee I've ever had.

Kaffebrenneriet/ Norway

When I was in Oslo, my sister would go to Kaffebrenneriet with me for coffee every morning. This coffee chain is as popular in Oslo as Starbucks in the United States, and for us foreigners, this coffee shop that serves delicious coffee is still full of novelty. We order a cup of coffee every day and watch the people come and go. After drinking coffee, we often go to the bookstore next door to buy a local guidebook to see where to spend the day.

The coffee produced by Kudu Coffee & Craft Beer in Charleston, Southern California always has a smooth taste, and it is very comfortable to enjoy coffee here. A very good place to drink coffee.

A beach in An Bang/ Vietnam

You can drink filtered coffee with condensed milk and ice in this cottage just 50 meters from the coast of Anbang Island, a small fishing village. There are only plain plastic tables and chairs and delicious coffee. Full marks.

Intelligentsia Coffee/ USA

Intelligentsia Coffee is located in the cool and changeable climate of Chicago, not far from Lake Michigan. In the store, you can see skilled baristas making espresso, and fans who are obsessed with the coffee shop have a sleek or shabby decoration. I tasted great lattes and freshly roasted coffee beans here, and my husband and friends couldn't help stealing from the baristas here.

Sant'Eustachio is a coffee shop that must be recommended on all recommended lists in Rome-for good reason. Whenever I want to enjoy a cup of coffee, I go to this beautiful and fresh square next to the Pantheon and order a Monachella.

Chattahoochee Coffee Company is just a few miles from downtown Atlanta, and this quiet coffee shop has been my constant retreat for years. The service here is considerate and the decoration is impeccable. You can wash away the mood when you come out of the coffee shop. No matter how much money you have, you can't buy it.

For 15 years, the uncle who sells street coffee is like driving a Biaggio APE tricycle to sell coffee on the streets of London. The uncle's coffee is delicious and does not have too much fun. When making coffee, the uncle will talk to you and hand over your coffee with a smile.

I like Bevanda Cafe because of its slightly hidden location and the dense trees around it, even though it is cool to sit outside the coffee shop at 35 °C in downtown Bangkok.

Cafe Dommayer accounts for one of several old-brand coffee shops in Vienna. There is a live piano performance, you can enjoy exquisite pastries, the service of the waiter is very considerate, and the guests who come to the store are impressed. It is only a short walk from here to the Meiquan Palace, and it is a perfect experience to walk past the Meiquan Palace on Sunday afternoon.

Caffe Furbo/ Canada

The coffee shop, located in Toronto's Distillery district, serves fine espresso in southern Italian style as well as freshly roasted coffee beans. The style in the store is more like an art studio.

Kala Ghoda Cafe/ India

This is a boutique coffee shop located in the ancient city. Kala Ghoda Cafe is one of the few coffee shops in Mumbai that make coffee seriously. The family blended coffee contains a whole piece of boutique Belgian-made Belle Calibao dark chocolate. Ginger cake with cream is very delicious, carrot cake with orange peel cream is the best.

Tip Top Teahouse/ Nepal

This year I went to Langdon, Nepal. This is my third visit to Nepal this year. After a few hours of walking in the snow, a miracle appeared in front of me-I saw a bright yellow advertisement for Illy coffee beans at an altitude of 3550m. We went into the store, unloaded several layers of clothes, and everyone sat around a wooden stove. The boss Xizang and his wife made a delicious Flat White for us (milk similar to lattes, but slightly boiled without foam). What a surreal experience!

The store is located in Borough Market and is a good place for people to chat, read and think about things.

Bew's Cafe is the best coffee shop in Songgaro agricultural and pastoral area of Thailand. The boss's name is Bew, and he is very kind and knows almost everything about espresso. This coffee shop in Trafalgar Square in London serves only coffee. The balcony of the coffee shop looks like a laboratory, and all the elements necessary to make delicious coffee are very pleasing to the eye. But I still like the espresso here best, and I wonder how they taste as good as ever.

Landwer Cafe/ Israel

Landwer Cafe is the most romantic coffee shop in Israel City. The coffee chain maintains the usual family coffee style, offering a variety of freshly roasted mixed beans and a menu in Italian Mediterranean style. The branch located at the old railway station in Jerusalem has both the style of the holy city and the cordial atmosphere.

Baopu Li Min Pao Pu/ Taiwan

The style of the store is similar to Woody Allen's sci-fi movie "Fools wreak havoc in Science City," and the menu of the Pao Pu coffee shop in Taipei is designed with black records for its architectural mashup and works of art (rather than a cafe like Serpentine gallery). There is also a live jazz show.
