Drinking several cups of coffee a day reduces risk of premature death
According to a report by Hong Kong's East net on November 17, drinking three to five cups of coffee a day can help you live longer and reduce the risk of premature death from heart disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes and even suicide.
According to reports, researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health in the United States made the findings after analyzing three large follow-up studies involving 300000 health care workers.
