Drinking coffee regularly can improve memory.
According to reports, a study by Johns Hopkins University in the United States found that caffeine can improve people's memory. They were then divided into two groups: one group drank a cup of coffee containing 200 milligrams of caffeine and the other received a placebo. 24 hours later, when the placebo and caffeine were excreted from the body, the participants were asked to look at a group of pictures. It was found that participants who drank coffee found more different pictures than those who drank placebo. In other words, coffee has a long-term effect on the improvement of brain memory.
Dr. Michelle Yassa, who led the study, believes that just 200 milligrams of caffeine can improve memory, which may provide new ideas for the treatment of cognitive disorders in the future.
