A trip to a cafe

After having a drink at ODEON Cafe, which is preparing to celebrate its 100th anniversary, I plan to walk to Voltaire and see a haunted Starbucks within 20 meters. According to the European view, Starbucks offers mediocre coffee, and the taste of capital is stronger than coffee, but can European cafes provide better coffee? In terms of the prices of the "four Cats", the Coffee Center and the ODEON Caf é, they are all higher than the average price of European coffee. This added value is the so-called "cultural significance" of coffee. It costs an extra one or two euros to drink a cup of coffee where Picasso, Zweig and Einstein have had it.

In fact, when you buy a cup of coffee at Starbucks, to a large extent, you pay the rent and win a seat in the office there. if you really want to taste the coffee, most of us will go to a small cafe with more characteristics and know which one has the best beans, which baker is good, and which coffee mixer is good. When we drink a cup of coffee, we all have different purposes. when we get up in the morning, we have a cup of coffee, in order to wake up thoroughly, to have a cup in the afternoon, to refresh ourselves, and another cup in the afternoon, maybe to lose weight. Coffee has different producing areas, and the real coffee trip is to visit the producing areas of Ethiopia, Colombia or Brazil, just like red wine or tea. There is no place in Europe to produce coffee. Europe learns to drink coffee from Turks and Arabs. Despite the fact that Europe hates the expansion of Starbucks, their own big companies also occupy a very important position in the coffee industry. I fake to drink coffee in Zurich, and finally take away from there is a large box of Nestl é coffee capsules, using a pot or a small distiller to make coffee. After all, it is a hassle. If you make a cup of coffee with Nestle's small machine, you can at least see the orange coffee oil instead of white, which is a criterion to judge whether the coffee is good or bad. Experts' opinion is that after the coffee is ground into powder, it is best to finish it within 7 days. In the eyes of experts, it is stupid to drink a cup of coffee for the sake of cultural taste.
