(Kuala Lumpur, 29th) second Minister of International Trade and Industry Datu Seri Huang Jiaquan pointed out that in the first three months of this year, China's exports of white coffee to China have exceeded the total export volume of RM200 53 million last year, and is expected to reach the target of RM1 billion this year.

He pointed out that the export volume of white coffee in the first three months of this year has reached 500 million ringgit, and many people buy white coffee online through e-commerce, thus greatly increasing the export volume of white coffee.

Therefore, he stressed that do not underestimate the development potential of e-commerce, through the e-commerce platform, especially small and medium-sized enterprises businessmen can absolutely expand their own business.

Huang Jiaquan pointed out this at a press conference after meeting with Hu Heping, governor of Shaanxi Province today.

In addition, Huang Jiaquan said that Hu Heping's visit is mainly to invite Chinese businessmen to attend the Silk Road Expo to be held in Shaanxi in June.

He pointed out that Hu Heping also invited Malaysia to be the host country of the Shaanxi Expo, but he refused because the time was too close and there were many other activities to attend.

However, he pointed out that the Ministry of Trade and Industry will still appoint businessmen to participate in the Expo and promise to become the host country next year.

Huang Jiaquan also pointed out that there was no direct trade between China and Shaanxi Province before, only through other parts of China, such as Shanghai, to export goods to Shaanxi.

He said that last year, the trade volume between Malaysia and Shaanxi Province was only US $257 million (about 1.1 billion 37 million ringgit), mainly for the export of electronic products.

He pointed out that with Hu Heping's current visit, Shaanxi Province will also buy raw products such as brown oil or gum directly from Malaysia, so he believes that the trade volume between Malaysia and Shaanxi Province can further increase to 400 million to 500 million US dollars.
