Cheng Wen-Chan said that the landscape water channel in the park is easy to dissipate the smell during the dry season, affecting the quality of life of the residents. The city government plans to set up disaster prevention wells in the park to divert water into the landscape water channel and provide live water to activate the water channel. When water is scarce, war preparedness wells can also be used to support people's livelihood, and water purification units such as gravel zones can be set up to purify the water quality and become a hydrophilic space.
