Construct Pingtung Cafe meeting to realize Citizen discussion Policy

The Pingtung County Industrial and Commercial Development Investment Promotion Association held a series of meetings of the Citizen Cafe at Pingtung College yesterday, inviting nearly 50 citizen representatives to participate in a deliberative civic discussion to fully discuss the traffic issues in Pingtung.

At the beginning of the meeting, Zhang Guifeng, director of urban and rural areas of Pingxian County, gave a special speech to explain to the participants the current transportation policy of the county government. next, the participants were led by Zhong Shiyan, chief of transportation, Huang Dinglun, professor of Daren University of Science and Technology, and Bai Jinan, professor of Pingtung University. in addition to citizen representatives, representatives of Pingtung citizens Zhou Zhihao, Wang Fenli and freshman Chiu Cheng Cheng also took part in the discussion.

Chiu Mingzhang, director-general of the Industrial Policy Commission, said that he is very happy to hold these meetings. So many people and people are willing to participate. We all live in Pingtung and hope to make Pingtung more beautiful and better.

The citizens' cafe meeting was opened by traffic construction. Recently, Pingtung has been making a fuss about the plan to extend the high-speed railway to the south. Through the issue of high-speed rail, the discussion of Pingtung's roads, tracks, urban and rural links, and so on, will be extended. Whether manufacturers are willing to invest and whether people are willing to settle down are usually listed as the top options.

The completion of good transportation will extend the construction of the city and the use of urban space, and can also give investors an important option as to whether the location has investment benefits, hoping to discuss the best direction for Pingtung by participating in the brainstorming industry of the public. The ITPC expects to hold two successive citizen cafe meetings at the end of May and early June. It is hoped that more people will be willing to participate and talk freely about their industrial structure and various policies in Pingtung.
