Golden car, which was founded in 1972, set up a factory in Zhongli District, Taoyuan City, and launched "Golden car Maigen SARS" to attract consumers' attention. Later, Golden car set up a coffee production line in the factory and began to produce canned coffee, that is, Brown Coffee. With Mr. Brown as the same trademark image, Mr. Brown's westernized appearance symbolizes that it originated from Central and South America and coincided with the place where coffee is rich. This is also the concept of the original design trademark of the Golden car.

On May 8, 1982, the first batch of Brown coffee was put on the market. Under the strong advertising and inventory rate, it reached a market share of 60% as soon as it was listed, and was exported to many countries in Asia. However, canned Blanc coffee is still an evergreen product on the market, and after Golden car introduced foreign Bauter bottle aseptic filling production line, it entered Europe and Oceania. In 2006, Brown coffee was exported to the Middle East and Africa. Since then, it can be seen in about 40 countries around the world.

Although Brown Coffee has been loved by consumers for decades, Golden car has not slackened because of this.
