For such a situation, the Consumer Protection Committee also received complaints from other consumers. The Consumer Protection Committee had contacted the boss last year when he was not ill and returned some customers 'prepaid card cash by means of shop posting announcement registration, but there were still some customers who did not register or register and did not get a refund. At present, because the boss has passed away, it is difficult to realize the refund through coordination. It is suggested that consumers can solve the problem through legal means.

In this case, lawyers said that if the cafe was a limited company, consumers could find their company and apply for a refund; if it was an individual business, it could be borne by the heir within the scope of the inheritance.
