The Carvalho Dias family, a founding member of the Brazilian Fine Coffee Association, has run the Queen's Manor since 1890.
Gabriel de CarvalhoDias, the nephew of the manor owner, is now in charge of operation and management.
The manor is close to MinasGerais, with high and undulating slopes, which cannot be harvested by mechanized farming due to geographical constraints.
Coffee planting and picking is carried out entirely manually. Located between 1100 and 1500 meters above sea level
The average annual rainfall of 1800 to 2000 mm and the average annual temperature of about 19 degrees Celsius are ideal conditions for coffee cultivation.
The quality of raw beans is solid and the flavor is good. Carefully grasp every operation flow of post-processing from planting, nursing and harvesting.
The Queen's Manor is fully committed to producing high-quality coffee raw beans.
Maintain excellent quality and unique flavor under the management of Regina Helena Mello de Carvalho Dias and family members
It also made the manor the winner of the Brazilian Coe Cup test competition in 2000, 2001 and 2005.
In 2011, he won the honor of Brazil's COE champion.
Brazil Brazil
Population: 201033000
Brazil grows many different coffee varieties, many of which are cultivated and evolved in China, such as Huangbourne, Caturra and Catuai.
SUL DE MINAS
Historically, this area is the birthplace of a large number of coffee production in Brazil, with many generations of small farmers here. Perhaps for this reason, there are more cooperatives in the region. Although it is mostly a small farm, it is still a good industrialized area and has been harvested by machinery. Recently, some areas of the region have attracted more attention, such as Karminas Carmo de Minas, which is located around the village of Carmo, where producers use the soil and climate to grow coffee.
Altitude: 700-1350m (2300-4400ft)
Harvest: may to September
CERRADO
"Serrado" means the savanna. Although it is usually used to refer to the entire prairie that stretches through many countries in Brazil, when it comes to coffee, it refers to the Serrado region in the western state of Minas Gerais. This area is a relatively new coffee-producing area, which may explain why it is dominated by large and mechanized farms. In fact, there are 90% more than 10 hectares (24 acres) of farms in the area.
Altitude: 850-1250m (2800-4100ft)
Harvest: may to September
BAHIA
BAHIA, on the eastern side of Brazil, is the northernmost coffee growing area in the country. In recent years, more and more interesting coffee has emerged from the region, attracting people's attention. In the 2009 Excellence Cup competition, five of the top ten were from BAHIA.
