"instead of working outside, it is better to go home and start a business, and it can also lead to blind dates to become rich." Huang Xiuwu has all sorts of feelings. After graduating from technical secondary school, he has been working outside. When he went home to visit his relatives during the Spring Festival in 2008, he was saddened to see the dilapidated Changxing Village. The fields at the entrance of the village are full of weeds, the old tile houses are dilapidated, the dirt roads are muddy, and young people sit in the snack bar at the entrance of the village all day playing cards. When he went to visit his family, he heard the helpless voice of the villagers that "the price of coffee is always depressed by foreign acquirers."

Changxing Village, Heping Town, is adjacent to Wanning Xinglong, a famous coffee town in Hainan. Affected by it in the 1960s, villagers began to grow coffee. Due to its unique geography and climate, the quality of coffee beans is excellent, but it has been sold as raw materials for a long time, with little profit.

With the energy of young people, Huang Xiuwu did not have the experience and sufficient funds at first. With the cooperation of his friend Huang Hui, he bought dried coffee from farmers at a price of 13 yuan per kilogram, which was two or three yuan higher than that of foreign merchants. But the reality is often more cruel than expected. Apart from the transportation costs, he did not make any money at all.

Later, Huang Xiuwu learned that if the coffee is shelled and processed, the minimum amount of raw coffee beans is 25 Murray and 30 yuan. Kilograms, twice as much as buying dried fruit. Huang Xiuwu began to learn coffee shelling technology in Xinglong and studied it through the purchase of relevant books and online channels. In 2008, he bought 7500 kilograms of dried fruit and made a net profit of 87500 yuan through his own processing and sales, earning the first bucket of gold in his life.

When you are rich, you have to lead the villagers to become rich together.

"I have made money, but many families in the village are still very poor. As a party member, I must help them." From Huang Xiuwu, who rolled up his sleeves and worked hard when he went back to his hometown, and from a difficult business to the first bucket of gold in his life, he decided to set up a "Qiongzhong Feishui Organic Coffee Professional Cooperative" for development.

It is understood that the current purchase price of raw coffee beans is as low as 25 yuan per jin. Huang Xiuwu uses the Internet to sell on the Internet, which not only saves the costs of logistics and the price difference between buyers, but also virtually increases profits; sellers return the saved costs to buyers by appropriately reducing prices, forming a positive interaction; the sale of coffee beans increases the employment opportunities of logistics employees, which can be said to kill many birds with one stone.

"the whole county is promoting the 'Pengnei' tourism post station, and the next step is to build a 'Flying Waterfall Mountain' coffee cooperation hall in the cut team, and the future cooperative will be expanded to 2000 mu of coffee cultivation." Huang Xiuwu's identity is changing, and so is his mentality. Since he learned a series of techniques such as coffee planting, cultivation, processing, production and management, he also served as a free tutor to the villagers in the township and neighborhood. led by him, the coffee planting industry of party members, cadres and the masses is getting stronger and stronger.

The coffee under the forest, swaying in the wind, seems to be telling the imagination of the future of Changxing Village.

Huang Xiuwu, 37, is not only a senior barista, but also the most admired leader in the hearts of Changxing villagers to get rich. In the general election of county and village organizations in 2016, Huang Xiuwu, 37, was elected secretary of the party branch and director of the village committee of Changxing Village. It is affectionately known as the "coffee secretary" by the villagers. He is not only the chairman of Qiongzhong Feishui Organic Coffee Professional Cooperative and the first president of Qiongzhong County Rural Rich Leader Association, but also won the third Hainan most beautiful migrant workers and the 22nd May 4th Medal of Hainan Province.

With a heart of love for his hometown, Huang Xiuwu not only walked more and more solid on the road of getting rich, but also led the villagers out of a more spacious way.
