It's easy to enjoy a cup of coffee on Earth, but it's really almost impossible for astronauts working on the International Space Station. In order to meet the small wishes of astronauts, Italian coffee company Lavazza successfully designed the first Italian coffee machine installed in the space station with the assistance of space system designer Argotec and Italian Space Agency.

The "ISSpresso" coffee machine, which weighs 20kg, is planned to be installed on the International Space Station, providing a small place for astronauts on duty to rest and relax. ISSpresso uses a special high-pressure steel pipe to deliver hot water, and then pour the brewed coffee into the bag, which astronauts need to get used to drinking. Besides coffee, ISSpresso can also make tea and defrost food.
