According to the latest survey of the Fair Club, the average number of visits per person to chain convenience stores is about 122 times a year. Tobacco, beverages, bento, sandwiches and hot food houses are among the top three sellers, with an average gross profit margin of more than 20%. The average gross profit margin is about 50%.
A survey by the Fair Society pointed out that at the end of 105, chain convenience stores including unified superstores, family convenience stores, Laierfu, Lailai superstores and Taiwan Sugar neighbors set up a total of 10374 stores, an increase of 14.9% over 9029 stores in 1995, but growth has slowed in recent years.
