From the videos and photos provided by Miss Wang, we can see a small cockroach attached to the edge of the coffee cup with its tentacles leaning alone against the edge of the cup. Miss Wang said that because she was already on the plane at that time, she could not get off the plane to talk to the Pacific Coffee Shop. In desperation, she had to bring this cup of cockroach coffee all the way back to Shanghai. "I really can't figure out how the cockroach got into the cup. As a well-known coffee chain, how could this happen? " Miss Wang sighed and said.

Subsequently, a reporter from Xinmin Evening News contacted Pacific Coffee to learn about the situation. Staff said the coffee ingredients in the stores were sealed and it was not clear why there were cockroaches. According to speculation, the cockroach may have slipped into the bottom of the coffee cup, or it may have been caused by carelessness, but further investigation is needed. She apologized to her client for drinking cockroach coffee and promised to deal with the matter as soon as possible.
