During the eating process, he found that the commodity had two production dates. Mr. Liu then complained and reported to relevant administrative departments and demanded compensation according to relevant regulations, but he did not get satisfactory answer. Inconsistent dates of manufacture of imported goods

On March 19,2017, Mr. Liu went shopping at Huangdao Metro after work, during which he bought a can of Ruiba Arabi Platinum coffee powder worth 66.5 yuan. After returning home, Mr. Liu prepared to open the package for drinking, but found that the Chinese label production date on the outer package of the commodity was inconsistent with the production date at the bottom of the can, which made him puzzled.

According to the product photos provided by Mr. Liu, Xin.com saw that the country of origin of this can of coffee powder named Ruiba Arabi Platinum is Italy. The Chinese label on the package shows that the production date is July 1,2015, and the production date is also printed on the bottom, but it is July 17,2015.

Customers have complained to relevant departments

Mr. Liu returned to Huangdao Metro on the same day and wanted to check whether it belonged to an individual case."If it is an individual case, it can be understood. Maybe the mall staff didn't pay attention when sorting out the shelves." Mr. Liu said. However, through on-the-spot inspection, Mr. Liu once again found the problem commodity,"It is a product named Easy Buy Tomato Juice Beverage, the shelf life on the Chinese label is until July 28,2017, but the shelf life on the bottle body is until July 27,2017."

Mr. Liu said that two production dates and two shelf life appeared on the two commodities respectively, and the product quality was difficult to guarantee. Subsequently, he complained to the relevant administrative departments and demanded compensation from Huangdao Metro in accordance with relevant regulations.

The relevant administrative department has been punished

Manager Liu of Huangdao Metro told Xin.com that he didn't know the specific situation very well and would communicate with the consumer before making a reply, but as of the time of issue, Xin.com had not received any reply.

Xin.com confirmed from Huangdao District Food and Drug Administration that Mr. Liu's reflection is true, among which Huangdao Metro's behavior of marketing food marked with false production date and shelf life violates the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, and Huangdao District Food and Drug Administration imposes administrative penalty on it according to law.

According to the contents of the administrative penalty decision, the relevant responsible person of Huangdao Metro explained that the two production dates of Ruiba Arabi Platinum Canned Coffee Powder were due to the fact that the company with Chinese label did not check the production date during operation. The reason why there are two shelf life of E-Buy tomato juice beverage is that the company that labels it in Chinese mixed E-Buy tomato juice beverage with shelf life of July 27,2017 in a large number of goods during operation, resulting in wrong shelf life.
