Heiwo Coffee has opened four branches in Taichung in less than a year, and the fifth branch has been opened for the first time, finalizing the location of high income, Zhubei City, Hsinchu County.

Lin Peini, chief executive of Heiwo Coffee, said that less than a year after its establishment in November last year, the fifth store chose Zhubei City, the highest-income area in Taiwan, to expand its top consumer base.

Lin Peini, who is also an international sommelier and cup tester, said that unlike traditional coffee makers, Heiwo not only makes top quality coffee, but also combines top wines from all over the world as a boutique coffee wine market.

Heiwo was founded by five international bean bakers, a cup tester and a bean hunter, and then worked with world champion coffee farmer Graciano Cruz in Panama, and set up a bean baking factory in Taichung. At present, there are 12 SCA international bean bakers who provide "through-train" services from raw materials import, baking to store sales.
