Chen Hede returned to his hometown in Bihu Village, Alishan, and changed part of the tea garden to coffee. From planting to baking beans, he did not leave others 'hands. However, this decision to return home was really worth it. Not only could he do what he liked, but he also married a beautiful wife.

Besides mountain tea, Alishan's coffee is also well-known throughout Taiwan. Chen He-te returned to his hometown to take care of his father's tea plantation after his military service, and joined the local Meishan Rural Self-Defense Team to do his bit for the village. One day he received a mission, and a woman sprained her ankle on the mountain. Chen He-te, who was closest to him, went to help, carrying the woman all the way down, that is, his current wife Yang Yingyu.

Chen Hede's coffee is grown in a friendly way.

Chen Hede originally came home to take over his father's tea garden, but he has a strong interest in coffee. Three years ago, he began to plant coffee in the tea garden. After constant experiments by relatives and friends, his coffee gradually matured. Finally, this year, he transformed his old red brick house into "Amber Club Coffee Manor". From design to supervision and even painting, he did it himself. He worked hand in hand with Yang Yingyu to create a very personal mountain cafe.

The coffee with tea fragrance was completely completed by Chen Hede himself.

Although the cafe has just started operation, the design is quite conceptual, one side is a simple coffee, eat snacks dining space, the other is designed as a roasting bean experience classroom, with their own coffee beans, through the explanation to let visitors understand the coffee production process, and can experience the fun of roasting beans, like people can also bring some hand-made bags home to taste.

Chen Hede also plans to set up campsites in the future."You don't have to run to the top of Alishan to see the sunrise," he said."You can see it at my camp." Although it will not be completed until next year, it is already quite expected.
