The Yunlin County government sponsored the "Evaluation of Taiwan's own Fine Coffee beans in 106 years", which was successfully concluded today (25) at the Sanhao International Hotel next to the Douliu Stadium. 116 pieces of Taiwan's home-made coffee beans from various coffee producing areas across the country were divided into traditional washing group and other treatment groups. they were strictly evaluated by a jury led by the Tea Industry improvement Field of the Agricultural Commission of the Executive Yuan for four consecutive days from 22 to 25, and the ranking was finally announced today.

The Yunlin county government said that the whole evaluation process includes appointing the tea industry of the Agricultural Committee of the Executive Yuan to openly select 12 coffee quality appraisers. In the first stage, they are qualified to be certified by the Coffee quality Institute or cup testing experience, and then enter the second stage to carry out actual cup testing of 6 samples, and the results obtained are based on the CQI cup tester assessment standard of the International Coffee quality Association (Coffee Quality Institute). The top 12 were selected as this year's coffee quality appraisers.

The Agriculture and Food Administration of the Agricultural Committee of the Executive Yuan said that in order to develop home-grown coffee towards international boutique coffee, in addition to coffee quality appraisers, the evaluation of fine coffee beans this year (106) also needs to go through four strict selection processes, including physical identification, sensory identification, review and final examination, and select the special prize, first prize, gold prize and silver prize of each group.

The ranking was revealed by the organizer Yunlin County Government, the Agriculture and Food Administration of the Agricultural Committee of the Executive Yuan, and the Tea Industry improvement Farm. Only after three passwords can the winners be known. The winners of each group are as follows:
