It was selected into the top three of the fifth quality coffee bean evaluation in Tainan city. after the evaluation of the American Coffee quality Association, a total of two kinds of beans between Mutoushan Coffee and Dajiahua have passed the certification and become international high-quality coffee; the Municipal Bureau of Agriculture recommended raw beans to participate in the international evaluation from ○ two years to one ○ six years, and a total of 12 beans have been certified in the past five years.

The Agriculture Bureau said that the two beans that have been certified as international boutique coffee this year are Guotou Shan coffee farmer Guo Junhong and Zeng Rufeng 83.75, and Dajiahua coffee farmer Lin Junji 82.75. Guitoushan Cafe has been certified by the American Coffee Association for many years in a row, and Dajiahua Room is the first time to obtain international boutique certification.

Guotoushan Cafe, located on the second floor of Fuyou Palace in Dongshan, is run by Guo Junren and Zeng Rufeng. Fifteen years ago, Zeng Rufeng's father, Zeng Rufeng, took over the cafe and actively engaged in coffee bean cultivation and taste research and development. Zeng Rufeng's family owns more than a piece of farmland in Guitou Mountain. In the early days, her grandfather tried to plant coffee trees, and it has been handed down to her for the third generation.

Lin Junji, another farmer certified by the American Coffee quality Association, is only 30 years old and is the son-in-law of Guo Yacong, the owner of Dahuajian Ecological Farm. He has had a penchant for drinking coffee since he was a child. it was only after he met his wife Guo Xinwei three years ago that he came into contact with fine coffee. After marriage, he followed his father-in-law Kuo Ya-cong and his family to run an ecological farm on Dongshan 175 Coffee Highway to learn how to grow coffee and handle coffee beans.

In April this year, Lin Chun-ji participated in the fifth evaluation of high-quality coffee beans in Tainan City for the first time, and won the championship. The raw beans were sent to the American Coffee quality Association for evaluation, and they were also certified at the international premium level.
