Maclean's magazine launched an online survey on the 16th, asking Canadians which coffee chain they like best to buy coffee. As of the 20th, the respondents' favorite coffee chain was no longer Tim Hortons, and Tim Hortons even fell out of the top three, according to the survey. In the survey, the favorite coffee shop was McDonald's McCafe with a score of 10, 9494, followed by the Second Cup coffee chain with 10, 8456, and Starbucks ranked third with a total score of 10, 8100. Tim Hortons ranked fourth with a score of 10, 6260.

Other netizens complained that the service of Tim Hortons was so poor that they no longer listed Tim's coffee as their first choice, and it was more expensive than McDonald's. For the past eight years, he has gone to Tim's house to buy coffee every day. Now he prefers to make coffee at home rather than drive to buy it.
