ETHIOPIA YIRGACHEFFE Ethiopia-Yega Chuefei

100% washed Arabica beans from the Yega Sheffield region, including 22 Fairtrade certified smallholder estates. It perfectly shows the delicate and elegant floral and fruity aromas of the coffee in this region, with a touch of orange blossom and nutty notes. The design of the outer packaging of the coffee capsule is inspired by the habesha woven basket of Ethiopia.

Yega Chuefei is famous for its sour coffee with unique aromas of jasmine and lemon. However, after the change of trade routes and the consideration of commercial selling demand, these unique flavors are not only rare but also more difficult to find. COLOMBIA AGUADAS Columbia-Aguadas

Derived from the unique climate in the high mountains of Colombia's Aguadas Mountains, and through a group of local coffee farmers to take good care of and select each coffee fruit in a unique way, to achieve outstanding cup flavor through 100% all-day treatment. This delicate, fruity and rich espresso has a unique sweet aroma reminiscent of sugared apples and red berries. The outer packaging design of the coffee capsule is inspired by the sombrero vueltiao wide woven hat and the local jewelry totem.

During the routine cup test, one of the coffee masters of Nespresso was attracted by a unique coffee flavor with amazing characteristics. In order to learn more, our agronomists visited local coffee farmers in the Aguadas coffee producing area and worked together to study how to perfectly present the flavor characteristics of coffee. They all come from the special local environment: the temperature in the Aguadas Mountains varies greatly in a day, and it takes more time for coffee to ferment to produce a cup of coffee with fine fruit aromas and rich layers of coffee flavor.
