Sustainable Harvest, a green coffee maker based in Portland, Oregon, has announced that the "Let's Talk Coffee" event, held from September 20 to 24 in the Huila district of Colombia, will resume in 2018.
This event was made possible through an agreement with the Wirat government and strategic cooperation with the 4000-member Coocentral partner of Sustainable Harvest supply Partners.

Wirat Governor Carlos Julio Gonz á lez Villa said in a statement today: "83000 families are proud to grow high-quality coffee in the agricultural sector of Colombia's Huila province. "We are pleased to be able to develop the global activities of Let's Talk Coffee and members of the coffee industry in a direct relationship between quality and impact as one of the best coffee producers in Colombia, Huila."
Sustainable Harvest has been organizing global "Let's Talk Coffee" events for the past 15 years, bringing together stakeholders from the entire chain to the origin of the entire coffee growing world to solve a wide range of problems. The team has outlined the following themes for this year's plan:
