"there are big trees on the side of the green lake, the cool breeze gently caresses the cheek, and the sweet fruit aroma of the nearby vineyard, accompanied by the smell of citrus and vanilla plants." it is very appropriate to describe this batch of bluebells.
Bluebells Manor (La Campanula Estate) is actually an ultra-high altitude manor in El Salvador! More than 1650 meters above sea level, the manor's exclusive competition batch is planted in 1750 Michael's environment, which is the winning batch of the CoE Cup, which is also directly related to the coffee. What people are interested in is her Kenyan flavor (VIP who already know her, should have been waiting for a long time).
The Lima family only bought the pristine forest in the 1990s, when the bluebell manor was still a wild world, rich in native plants and cool trees, and became a sanctuary for wildlife because of few people and a national park in the vicinity. When I first visited in 2008, the owner of the manor still set out from Santa Ana with a pistol, and the volcano erupted, causing the original path to be blocked and the need to take a long detour. On the other hand, I was afraid of an emergency. I saw the familiar 45 pistol. I didn't ask any more questions. I was on my way. The mountain trail was changeable. Before arriving at the manor, it was already foggy and rainy.
Due to the high altitude, cold climate and low fruit yield of coffee trees, most of them are suitable for bourbon and Typica species with better wind resistance, and a few Kenyan SL varieties that are particularly suitable for high altitude and rainy weather, as well as the large Pacamara species that have become popular in Central America in recent years.
This batch of bluebells in 2017 is still a mix of bourbon species (Bourbon) and Kenyan species (Kenya) with excellent quality and unique flavor.
The Lima Family family has had practical experience in running coffee plantations in all major coffee producing areas in El Salvador since 1900 and has been operating for more than a hundred years. In 2007, after the first purchase of bluebells was introduced into China, we look forward to getting her samples every year. In 2010, bluebells achieved excellent results in that year, and since then we have continued to introduce exclusive batches of bluebells!
Bluebells Manor is located in the Santa Ana volcanic area, because the volcano will still erupt, often covered with volcanic ash, which makes the soil quite fertile. Santa Ana volcano, very famous and important, when talking about El Salvador's high-altitude boutique manor, Santa Ana must be mentioned. She is a conical layered volcano. The eruption in 2005 frightened many people. That volcanic eruption even had falling rocks bigger than trucks, resulting in mountain casualties and heavy damage to the coffee garden in the sloughing area. Fortunately, the harvest condition was good the next year, and the high altitude area was of excellent quality, and the bluebells manor was of excellent quality. It also belongs to the manor group in this block.
Mount Santa Ana is an important symbol of the Apaneca-Ilamatepec Mountains, whose name is pronounced by the aborigines: Apaneca-Illama Tippe. This pronunciation is standard and good. I have been to this mountain area more than 15 times. The following photos were taken in the national park at the top of the mountain. The smog was beautiful and foggy at that time. After going down the mountain, I went to the beautiful lake beside the volcano to have a rest:
